Capital Projects; the goal of this project was to improve a slope left behind by a developer. There was no curb appeal – just billable man hours attending to the weed filled slope. The plan was to create a new low maintenance design. A stable naturalized planting design was created and installed within budget. There was minimal loss even without irrigation due to the plant selection and preparations.

The area has since grown in very well. Mulching and weeding is now minimal reducing maintenance costs. Perimeter pruning is completed to maintain the area and the rest maintains itself. We achieved the goal of creating a low maintenance landscape within the budget that keeps adding to curb appeal.
