About: The Foundation The Massachusetts Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation (MLEMF) is a charitable, non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation founded in 1995 for the express purpose of building and maintaining a permanent memorial to the memory of law enforcement officers who have been killed in the line of duty in Massachusetts.
